We have had a wonderful experience with Nurturing Childcare. The staff are caring, kind, and genuinely invested in the well-being and development of every child. From the very beginning, they made us feel welcomed and gave us confidence that our child was in safe, loving hands. The centre is clean, well-organized, and provides a nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow. Communication with parents has also been excellent—they keep us informed and are always approachable and supportive. I want to say this daycare is so phenomenal. I am so privileged to have my child attend Nurturing Childcare in Edmonton. I think the staff is so sincere and loving towards all the children and I would recommend it to any family looking for a diverse space with children that are unique and multicultural. I feel safe when I am at work and leaving him with the staff. They are so down to earth and care about the parents and their situations. I like the space it so always clean and it is very spacious. The kids get a lot of involvement in festivities and cultural days/ celebrations and get to have fun. I appreciate the way they are diverse and open minded. My daughter loves it here. Every pickup turns into a full recap of her day—what games she played, what she made, who she sat with at snack, and which teacher helped her. She wakes up excited to go, which honestly says more than any review ever could. The staff are friendly, down-to-earth, and great at keeping parents in the loop. We get updates, photos, and quick check-ins, and it always feels like they genuinely care—not just about doing their jobs, but about the kids themselves. The space is clean, organized, and welcoming, and the routines have really helped our daughter grow more confident and independent. My 3-year-old daughter started with this team at their sister location in Secord over the summer while this location was being prepared. The transition was handled so thoughtfully, giving her time to adjust before moving to the new location full-time once it opened. She absolutely loves her teachers. Every day at pickup she excitedly talks about the activities they did, what she learned, and how much she’s looking forward to going back the next day. Seeing her so happy, engaged, and eager to attend gives us complete peace of mind. The staff are incredibly caring, open, and communicative. They take the time to connect with families and genuinely care about each child’s well-being and development. This is a warm, nurturing environment, and we feel so grateful to be part of it. My daughter is very happy attending school here. She goes to school cheerfully every morning, looking forward to playing with her little friends and teachers. The teachers are very caring and responsible, organizing different activities for the children every day. They prepare meals for the kids, change their diapers, and tuck them in when they nap—showing genuine care and attentiveness. Love love LOVE this daycare! We were on a waiting list for another popular daycare in the area but we needed urgent childcare and the daycare we were on a waiting list with couldn't take him, so we did some searching was were recommended Nurturing Childcare. They were so responsive to our urgent needs and were so fantastic with getting everything setup for us on such short notice. They gave us a tour and all the information we needed to make our decision. Great location, amazing and truly caring staff, my son would cry because he doesn't want to leave at the end of the day. They're so responsive and keep you well informed of what's going on with your child throughout the day, so you're not left worrying about how the day is going etc. Our son was doing so well there and liked it so much, that we decided to cancel our registration with that other daycare and forfeited our deposit because we loved it so much, so for us, it was so worth it. We were looking for a great place for our son and we found it. There's no way we were going to take a chance with sending him somewhere else. My son has been in this daycare since it opened, all the teachers are so good with him and he is learning new things everyday. The teachers and director are understanding, caring and so good with my son and the other kids there. In particular, teacher Komal is amazing. So much room to create and adventure and the teachers are so great with the kids. No screen time and lots of focus on activity and education and the child sets the pace learning through play. The kids just love it there. Highly recommend. Feeling blessed to find this gem. ~ dan s

I was reading the review and I feel really sorry that someone had such experience, but my experience has been completely different. I am a new mom, and my baby will start in January. Like other new moms, I was very concerned and careful in choosing the right daycare. I visited more than ten daycares before making my decision. I also called this daycare because it’s very close to my workplace. The person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. She talked to me nicely, helped me book a tour according to my availability, and even said that I could come for a walk-in visit anytime. She also explained that since the center opened only a few weeks ago, they sometimes close early after the children leave ,but if I wanted to come later, she could stay for me. When I visited, I had a really good experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the teachers were friendly, and the rooms were clean and nicely set up. I have already booked a spot for my daughter and plan to start in January. As a new mom, I didn’t find anything to worry about. I am still very happy and confident with my decision. I would suggest you to visit in person again sometimes things can be misunderstood over the phone. I hope you find the best care for your child. Good luck! ~ Jessica S

It wasn’t easy finding a daycare that felt like the perfect fit for our family, but everything changed after we found Nurturing Childcare Tutors. I have two of my children enrolled here, and they absolutely love it. Every night before bed, they excitedly tell me about their day, their favorite teachers, and the teachers who helped them with what and what. I always take the time to listen because it’s clear they had a wonderful day and that says everything about the care they receive. I happily give them a 5-star rating because My kids don’t constantly come home sick because the daycare maintains excellent hygiene standards. The environment is always clean and every time I drop them off or pick them up, I see children playing happily, safely, and respectfully with one another. Communication with parents is outstanding. One thing I appreciate the most is the honest, unbiased feedback they provide about my children. They don’t just tell parents what they want to hear, they genuinely keep us informed about our kids’ progress and experiences. My children are learning something new every day, but what touched me the most was when the staff took the initiative to help prepare one of my children for the Cogito test. They didn’t have to do that, but they chose to, and that level of care truly melted my heart. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Nurturing Childcare! My daughter was incredibly clingy with me before starting daycare, so I was very nervous about leaving her. The staff were so patient, caring, and nurturing that they made her feel comfortable right from the beginning. Now she gets excited and happy to go to daycare every day, which gives me so much peace of mind. The staff are incredibly attentive and genuinely care about each child. They always notice if there’s ever a concern with my daughter and communicate it with me right away. I really appreciate how transparent and honest they are—it makes me feel involved and reassured that she’s receiving the best possible care. They always have fun, age-appropriate activities and crafts that keep the children engaged and learning. During the summer, they also organize special activities that make each day exciting and memorable.
